Each prescription becomes a schedule. Mark a dose given, skipped or refused, and see adherence over time rather than guessing.

Four answers, not two

A dose is recorded as given, skipped, refused or partial. The four exist because the other three are different facts, and collapsing them into "not given" loses the one a veterinarian asks about.

Given.
Records the full dose as given now.
Skipped.
Asks why the dose was not given, then records it as not given.
Refused.
Records that the pet refused it.
Partial.
Records the amount that was actually taken.

The skip question is one sentence, and it is the same sentence on the phone and on the web: "Why was this dose not given?"

Adherence is read, never estimated

Adherence comes from the dose ledger, which is a record of what was marked and when. Nothing is inferred from silence.

What the record says falls due

Reminder topics exist for a dose entering its window, a vaccination due within 30 days, a visit follow-up due within 7 days, a prescription expiring within 14 days, and a recorded supply about to run out. Every one of those dates comes from a record on file. Nothing here is predicted.

Reminders appear in the app's own inbox, and you choose which topics reach which channel, with quiet hours. Two honest limits belong with that sentence: a push notification is recorded when it is accepted for delivery, which is not the same as arriving on a phone, and there is no SMS channel at all.

Common questions

Does Talli decide the dose?

No. It records the prescription as written and the doses as they happen. It does not calculate, suggest or change a dose, and a request for one is refused before any model is called.

What happens to a prescription read out of a document?

It faces a higher bar than any other document type before it can be written without a person looking, because a misread schedule produces reminders telling somebody to give a drug.
